These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nutri Wizard mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Nutri Wizard analyzes photos and descriptions of meals to estimate nutritional values and provide general dietary recommendations.

Results are generated by AI and may contain errors.

Recommendations are for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice.

Always consult qualified healthcare or nutrition professionals for personal dietary or health-related questions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content.

Misuse the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

3. Free and Paid Features

Currently, Nutri Wizard is free to use.

We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do so, we will inform you and provide updated terms.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of nutritional analyses or recommendations.

We are not responsible for any decisions or health outcomes based on the use of the App.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update or change the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
